COURSE DESIGN  

As part of a six-week course during the University Teaching certificate, I re-designed the LABR 3Q96-Children and Youth at Work course I taught as a first-time instructor. My goal in re-design was to take what I know from practice and apply theory as it related to effective outcomes, methods, and strategies.
