Children & Youth at Work
Course Re-Design
About the Course
This course explores North American and international perspectives on children and youth at work in the labour market, and within families and kinship networks. We examined the ways in which children’s involvement in paid and unpaid work are produced and reproduced over time. I organized the course around themes of historical change, agency, political strategies, and children and youth workers as social change agents.
